Custom Garden Bed and Outdoor Dining Room in Reynoldstown

During our initial on-site consultation it was evident that this space was overgrown, unmanageable, and unusable. As the sunniest spot of their property, this client turned friend wanted to be able to grow food here but also use it as a space for gathering and connecting with their loved ones. Thus the hybrid garden bed and outdoor dining room was born! 

We cleared out the debris and built a custom keyhole garden bed along the perimeter to maximize space. Fold out seating was added to the beds for when they are entertaining or hosting a dinner party. On the interior we put another rectangular raised garden bed with an extra wide ledge that will double as a table. The custom trellis was added to make the space feel like a room and also provide support for vining edibles like tomatoes or muscadines! 

We can picture it now! Our clients and their closest friends gathered around the table for a celebratory dinner surrounded by lush vegetables and flowers. How dreamy!
